Adam Ostreicher

Mr. Ostreicher's areas of specialization include intellectual property litigation, anti-counterfeiting enforcement and general contract disputes. He has represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Ostreicher counseled a variety of major companies in the apparel, luxury goods, and imaging supply industries concerning the protection of their intellectual property rights; successfully negotiating the surrender of counterfeit goods and recovering significant settlement monies on behalf of clients relating to copyright and trademark infringement and anti-counterfeiting actions. He has also counseled clients and investigators regarding the development and implementation of anti-counterfeiting programs.

Mr. Ostreicher graduated, summa cum laude, from Queens College, City University of New York, in 2003, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and from Fordham University School of Law in 2007. He served as co-editor with Thane Rosenbaum (professor, Fordham University School of Law) of Law Lit: From Atticus Finch to The Practice: A Collection of Great Writing About the Law, The New Press, 2007. Mr. Ostreicher served as secretary of both the In-house/Outside Litigation Counsel Group of the NYC Bar and the Corporate Litigation Counsel Committee, Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the NYS Bar Association in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ostreicher was an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments at Dreier LLP.
